A magnificient 10,000 sqft residence located in north scottsdale.  It has been in the design process for about 4 years and is expected to be completed in late 2014.  This one-of-a-kind southwest, rustic-modern residence will truly be a gem in the Sonoran Desert.  The design features 'floating' copper fascia roofs, a full size theatre, a first-class swimming pool cantilevering over the desert, courtyards, nine signiture custom fire features, and a specimen saguaro cactus defining the living space.
